“We got estimates from a few different companies to make our backyard into an awesome place to chill (both hanging out relaxing and swimming in a pool)! We decided upon Pool & Spa Place because they were easy to work with and were super friendly and had plenty of very cool ideas for our backyard oasis. The whole entire staff was courteous, respectful, flexible, and also very responding.
The work they did was very professional and I can’t say enough of how it all came together. They even provided us with a full 3D view of what our final project would look like before they even started digging. It was so awesome to be able to visualize what it would look like and allowed us to make some tweaks to the design based on that visualization.
The concrete around the pool, the pool steps layout, the sitting wall and steps were all done in a unique way. One of our favorite things they also did for us was to put a custom rock next to our patio that they built where they let us carve our kids hand prints into it (and even our dog!) with our year it was built and the name our of ‘oasis’.
I highly recommend this company to help build your next dreamscape as their work is top notch as well as their partnership they build with you. It’s like they are part of your family!

“There are no words to describe how thrilled we are with the work done by Kevin, Ken and everyone from the Pool & Spa Place, but I’ll try. From the first consultation we did with Kevin, through the entire design phase, through the projects completion and even post project follow up... the experience was phenomenal.

Kevin started by showing us renderings on his computer with design concepts that looked amazing, as we wanted not just a pool, but a backyard resort experience. We were told by other pool companies that our backyard (not square and lots of hills) would be an obstacle, but Kevin came up with great solutions that involved completely grading the yard and maximizing our space. Kevin and Ken started the project on time, and at one point even built a tent over our concrete to not let the rain slow down the project. They took so much pride in their work, and the attention to detail was over and above. When the pool was completed, it far exceeded our lofty expectations. When people come to visit Majestic Falls (which is what we named our backyard, because they also built us a cool waterfall feature and a spillover spa), their jaws hit the ground and are very impressed.
