What do pools cost??

This post right here is probably the toughest questions to answer but also one of the most important so I will do my best!

Pools can honestly range anywhere from a few hundred with the Intex Style pools on up to hundreds of thousands! They can actually go higher, but we’ve never sold a Million Dollar pool project…yet. We also don’t sell the lowest cost options, because as a small business you can find those for much less online and you don’t really NEED professional help on such a small purchase. We DO however, help with water care on every size and style of pool, so don’t hesitate to ask for help with any pool ownership!

Ok, on to the types of pools we offer:

Above Ground Pool - Nottingham, PA

Above Ground Pool - Nottingham, PA

Entry Level: Above Ground Pools ($4,500 - $18,500)

The easiest to answer is the above ground pool kits. With us we include things like pool installation, filtration, pumps, liner, and maintenance kits. One misleading thing about above ground pool pricing is that is does not include any decking or poolside entertaining space. When we look at the investment costs in inground pools as a company we are including things that are necessary to achieve the pool lifestyle our clients are after. So keep in mind that common decks can range in price anywhere from $2,000 - $18,000 on top of the installed pool price to achieve a similar poolside experience.

UPDATE: At this time we are no longer offering above ground pools.

Wading In: Semi In-Ground Pools ($30,000 - $100,000)

Semi inground or “onground” pools are a much more solid pool construction than the above ground pools that often offers things like insulated walls and more customization. These pools can vary drastically on cost because of their capability of being installed similarly to an above ground pool to fully inground with concrete patio, color lighting, custom entry steps, benches, and even sun ledges! These pools are a budget friendly option for sloped yards because of their ability to eliminate the need for a retaining wall in some cases.

Fiberglass “Plunge Pool”

Take the Plunge: Plunge Pools ($30,000 - $100,000)

Plunge Pools are one of the fastest growing trends in the pool industry. Plunge pools are great for folks who like to hang out and enjoy a refreshing plunge in the water, but aren’t necessarily interested in swimming laps and jumping in the deep end. Plunge pool typical run smaller in size and have a single depth making them fit in almost any yard and have lots of lounge features like small sun decks or lots of bench seating. These pools make a pool possible in a smaller space and tend to keep maintenance costs low! One other bonus to these pools is they often times make great winter build projects, so sometimes that means you can get them sooner!

“Fairly Standard” Vinyl Inground in Venetia, PA ($60,000 - $75,000)

“Fairly Standard” Vinyl Inground in Venetia, PA ($60,000 - $75,000)

Standard Inground Pools ($70,000 - $135,000)

Our “Standard” Inground Pools include some built-in upgrades to keep our pools looking great, feeling even better, and outlasting some of the “older” construction methods. In this pricing we are covering a range of pools from small vinyl liner to large fiberglass pools and even have some concrete included! We do things a little bit differently in our construction process to bring you lower energy costs and systems that are built to stay. You don’t have to Dive In to one of our higher priced pools to get these necessary inclusions like a variable speed pump, in-liner entry steps (vinyl pools), textured liner material on steps (vinyl pools), upgraded liner patterns, upgraded gelcoat options (fiberglass pools), stamped concrete, cantilever decorative concrete coping, advanced hydraulic design and quite a few more tricks up our sleeves to save you money! To us, these are the basics and are necessary for every inground pool we build to maintain our standard as the premier choice for inground pool construction.
